Fun Stuff

I'm Barkley, the clown of the family. I don't really know how old I am. Mom and Dad took me in on September 17, 2000. Dad's daughter found me wandering around her house. I had been there for a couple of weeks when she called Mom and Dad. They came over to meet me, and I knew right away I'd found a new family.

They took me to the vet the next day. The vet tested me for feline AIDS and feline leukemia (he said most stray cats have one or both of these diseases), and the tests were negative. I got my vaccines right away. The vet said he thought I was about 6 months old.

Every family has at least 1 kid that gets into everything - well, that's me! I like climbing on the shower doors in the bathroom, playing in the bathroom sink, getting into all the cabinets... If it's a place that a cat shouldn't go, I find a way in! But when it's time for a little cat-nap, nothing beats Mom or Dad's lap!
